New Balance Introduces the X-90
Classic looks meet modern construction.

Its more chunky silhouettes — like the 990v4 — may be all the rage right now, but New Balance is streamlining things a bit with its latest design. Dubbed the X-90, NB’s newest shoe takes cues from the heritage styling of past New Balance silhouettes and couples it with a sleeker, modernized construction. Here, the sporty X-90 dons a classic greyscale colorway and pairs the look with a slip-on design crafted from mesh and leather while a REVlite sole unit provides the plush, lightweight cushioning.
Capped off with reflective branding and set to retail for around $120 USD, the X-90 is slated for a May 15 release from New Balance’s Japanese web store and should be turning up soon at NB dealers worldwide.
In other New Balance news, both Adsum and Aries just put their own spins on the 990v3.
