With the music streaming world only continuing to get larger, Google has increased its efforts to compete with the likes of Apple Music, Spotify and TIDAL by offering a free four-month premium subscription to Google Play Music for new users. With a premium subscription, users can access Google Play’s archive of over 35 million songs and save up to 50,000 of them into their personal library. The premium membership allows users to download their favorite songs for offline use, as well as an ad-free music listening experience.
The deal seems like it’s going to be on for some time, so if you’re new to music streaming or looking for a new way to listen to your music, check out the deal for yourself here. This is one of the many things the company has done in the past few months to draw in new customers. Recently, Google Play announced the addition of podcasts to its service.
