With Director X’s remake of Superfly set to hit theaters next month, the movie’s soundtrack has been respectfully generating its own buzz much thanks to the project’s executive producer, Future. Earlier this month, we heard the soundtrack’s first single from Future called “No Shame” featuring PARTYNEXTDOOR and then last week’s impressive strip club cut, “Walk On Minks.”

In addition to the soundtrack, Future will also be assisting Director X in producing the remake of Superfly – a prominent blaxploitation film that debuted in 1972 and became a cultural touchstone, grossing well over $30 million USD despite using a just mere $500K USD budget to bring into existence. Meanwhile, the Superfly 2.0 will star Trevor Jackson and will officially be in theaters on June 15, while the soundtrack drops on June 8.

In other related news, Future will reportedly drop Beastmode 2 later this year.
