PUMA Enlists Ferrari to Reinterpret the Suede for Its 50th Anniversary
Drenched in a rich “Rosso Corsa” colorway.
PUMA’s iconic Suede silhouette turns 50 this year, bringing forth a wave of creative reworks to help celebrate its impressive longevity. With that said, the footwear brand has unveiled its latest collaboration, calling upon a titan in its own right to mark such a momentous feat. Last seen in a joint effort alongside Big Sean, PUMA, this time aligns with luxury automaker Ferrari to reinterpret the classic model.
Drenched in a rich “Rosso Corsa” color scheme all the way around, premium suede lines the upper with a black carbon fiber-like formstripe graphic landing on the side panel, breaking up the all-red palette. Gold PUMA branding found on the side and tongue tab add an air of opulence, as does the gold-stamped Ferrari badge accenting the heel region. Priced at $100 USD, you can look for this themed PUMA Suede at such retailers as Sneakersnstuff.
In case you missed it earlier, the Virgil Abloh x Air Jordan 1 “Powder Blue” release takes the throne of this week’s footwear drops.
