adidas to Drop New Soccer-Inspired BOOST Shoe for the World Cup

The World Cup is right around the corner and, to celebrate, adidas is dropping a brand new soccer-inspired silhouette for fans to rock away from the pitch. Dubbed the World Cup X 18+ TR, the brand new design couples the Three Stripes’ beloved BOOST cushioning with a grippy rubber tread and a sleek football boot-like upper of engineered mesh. Branding for the slip-on construction is kept to a minimum as tonal stripes decorate the toe box while a bold “X” appears on the heel.
Debuting in eye-catching yellow and blue colorways, the World Cup X 18+ TR is due to hit adidas stockists like SNS come June 7.
