For the first time in half a decade, Suicideyear and Yung Lean have linked up to make more underground history on “Spider Feet.” Now in the veteran stages of their careers, the two artists have cooked up a moody, codeine-coated cut that plays to both of their strengths. Suicideyear crafted the track’s beats in the “woods of North Baton Rouge,” and explains the feeling of the song as, “being scared cold, goose skin, you could see the sun and the moon.” The forward-thinking beatsmith forwarded the composition to Yung Lean a couple months after creating it, and Lean immediately followed it with the complete song a day later.

You can stream Suicideyear and Yung Lean’s “Spider Feet” collaboration above. LuckyMe has released the record as a single, and it’s currently available for streaming and purchase on all major platforms.

Yung Lean has been pretty active in recent months; earlier this week, he dropped the “Lordship” video with close collaborator Bladee and appeared on Pitchfork‘s beloved Over/Under series in March.
