Netflix Unveils Star-Studded Trailer for Seth Rogen's 'Hilarity for Charity'
Everyone from “Satan” to Post Malone is involved.
Netflix has unveiled the lead trailer for the new Seth Rogen comedy special, Hilarity for Charity.
Starring Sacha Baron Cohen, Sarah Silverman, Jeff Goldblum, Tiffany Haddish, John Mulaney, Michael Che, Chris Hardwick, Jeff Goldblum, Jon Lovitz, Post Malone, The Muppets, Kumail Nanjiani and other high-profile talents, Seth Rogen’s Hilarity for Charity is a variety show put together for Rogen and his wife’s Alzheimer’s charity foundation Hilarity for Charity.
“We wanted to make (this special) the way we view pretty much everything: What would make us the most excited as viewers?” Rogen previously explained USA Today. “There are a lot of Netflix comedy specials out there, so we just wanted to really try to make it unique and have a lineup that represents the people that we think are the funniest people.”
According to Rogen, comedy is his best route to aiding others and helping communities across the globe. “If we were chefs, this would be called Baking for Charity. It would arguably be a much better event,” Rogen jokes.
