Lupe Fiasco recently paid homage to former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick with his latest track “Kneelin’ On Needles.” Besides the title of the track, the cover art for the song also features Kaepernick’s old football number. The latest track from the Chicago rapper is produced by Tek.Lun and seems to have been recorded very recently with references to Kendrick Lamar’s “Humble” track and Chance the Rapper’s recent $2.2 million USD donation to Chicago public schools.
