It’s no secret that there’s things Google knows about you, you wouldn’t want anyone else to know. This is for the most part accepted by the general public, because ultimately convenience outweighs just about everything else. Same goes for every other apps and services we use on a daily basis — including Uber. Over the past year, the company has gathered and compiled a “Lost and Found” index, analyzing what was most popularly lost, where and what days. Amongst some of the most common were the expected smartphones, wallets and keys however the report gets interesting when it lists the more unusual items to be lost – among these were Valuable Nordic walking poles, the book Crime and Punishment, Valium, Bibles, mustard, cardboard elf cutouts, and wedding outfits. There’s also a list for most forgetful North American cities, which is topped by LA. For a full look at the index, check it out here. The service has also put together the video below on how to go about lost items.
