Watch Kanye West Freestyle Over an Unreleased Beat From His Calabasas Office
He still plans on running for Presidency in 2024.
Kanye West has been accused of behaving erratically — with just about everyone reacting to his pro-Donald Trump tweets yesterday — but the musician has responded to these claims in a chat with TMZ. Ye took offense to a report on the site and invited founder Harvey Levin to the YEEZY offices, spending two hours together.
During this time, they spoke about a multi-platform release plan for the G.O.O.D Music family, which would begin on May 25 with Pusha T’s album, then West’s own, followed by Kids See Ghost, Nas and finally, Teyana Taylor. As West has previously said, he’s made all the beats himself.
The session also had West freestyling for Levin, as well as playing 10 songs for the TMZ founder to hear. It’s not known whether these are all from one album, but it looks to be a medley of songs from the forthcoming projects. According to the report, the albums will not be exclusive to TIDAL and, in news that’s long been rumored, he is serious about running for Presidency in 2024. You can watch the freestyle above.
In related news, West has also confirmed that he has music with A$AP Rocky, Lil Uzi Vert and Travis Scott coming soon.
