Converse Gives Its Chuck Taylor '70 Hi an "Overdyed Wash" Pack
Navy or “Gym Red”?
After launching a new Chuck 70 Court collection, Converse is back with another rendition on its iconic All Star silhouette with an “Overdyed Wash” pack for the spring season. This release offers two new takes on the timeless Chuck Taylor ‘70 Hi, both of which feature a tonal canvas upper in either navy or “Gym Red.”
Both colorways’ uppers have been treated to an overdyed finish for an aged, worn-in look, while the same hue is swatched all over the sole unit for a grungy, monochromatic look. As is usual, Converse’s signature touches, such as the branding patch at the ankle, the midsole bumper plate and the metallic eyelets, stay true to the classic design.
You can pick up both pairs from the Chuck Taylor ‘70 Hi “Overdyed Wash” pack for $95 USD each at Feature Sneaker Boutique. Also make sure to check out Converse’s military-inspired Sneakersnstuff collaboration.
