Tame Impala’s Jay Watson is gearing up for his new solo project this year under his moniker, GUM. Today, Watson shares the first single from his tentative solo project, along with an accompanying claymation video that was created by artist/director, Alex McLaren. According to the press release, his single “The Blue Marble,” is described as “evoking that sensation of triumph and that weird parallel universe feeling you get when the person that’s not supposed to win, does.”
