Roberto Cavalli to Be Special Guest at Pitti Uomo 94
Joining British designer Craig Green.

Bi-annual menswear trade show Pitti Uomo has just announced Roberto Cavalli as the second guest designer for its 94th edition, joining British talent Craig Green. Returning to its Florentine roots, the Italian label will present its debut Spring/Summer 2019 men’s collection under the helm of its new creative director, Paul Surridge.
Cavalli joins an applauded roster of designers who have participated in Pitti’s special guest program, including Raf Simons, J.W. Anderson, Tim Coppens, Off-White™, JUUN.J, UNDERCOVER, TAKAHIROMIYASHITATheSoloist and Hood By Air.
“The long love story between Pitti Immagine and Roberto Cavalli began nearly twenty years ago,” says Raffaello Napoleone, CEO of Pitti Immagine. “The runway show at the forthcoming edition of Pitti Uomo, featuring the first menswear collection by Paul Surridge, further sanctions the bond with both Pitti and the city of Florence. It marks the return of one of the champions of Italian style, one of the names that made this city the world capital of fashion, and at the same time, it is the moment for highlighting a new phase for the brand led by the design talents of the new creative director. We are truly pleased to present this Special Guest, and we are working with the Roberto Cavalli Group with great synergy.”
Pitti Uomo 94 will occur June 12-15, 2018. Stay tuned for our coverage of the event in the coming months.
