Miguel Covers Rihanna's "Kiss It Better"
He needed a little bit of help, though.
In recent months, Miguel has been spending his time promoting his remix project based on his Wildheart single “Waves.” But, as many of us have learned in recent years, Miguel is certainly no stranger when it comes to cooking up some impressive remixes. After linking up with Arcade Fire’s Win Butler and Kamasi Washington for a collaborative cover of Drake’s massive hit “Hotline Bling,” Miguel decided to go the live route for his latest cover. While performing as the headliner for Spotify House’s Monday SXSW event, Miguel surprised the audience with a cover of Rihanna‘s “Kiss It Better.” However, this one wasn’t quite as slick as a studio session — the Wildheart singer needed just a little bit of help from his phone for the effort.
