Elon Musk Recruits 'The Onion' Staff for New Comedy Project

Not content with his work with Tesla, The Boring Company and SpaceX, Elon Musk is set to expand his portfolio and launch a new comedy project. According to reports, Musk has recruited two senior employees from satire site The Onion, with former Editor-In-Chief Cole Bolton and ex-Executive Editor Ben Berkley reportedly joining the staff in 2017.

Since joining Musk’s fledgling comedy project, Bolton and Berkley have also poached three staff writers and an editor from their former employer. Despite this growing team, details about what Musk is working on are scarce, although the entrepreneur has previously joked that it was “pretty obvious that comedy is the next frontier” in his grand plan.

In other Elon Musk news, the Tesla founder recently explained how he was influenced by Kanye West.
