VanJess Links up with Friends in "Through Enough" Video
The Nigerian-American sisters are planning to drop an EP this year.
VanJess drops off the video for their single “Through Enough” featuring Goldlink. The video for the Lophiile-produced record was directed by Topshelf Junior and features the siblings linking up with friends before they head out to a party. The song was featured on Issa Rae’s HBO series Insecure and tackles bad connections.
“It’s a song we wrote about dealing with so many bad relationships you’re scared to start something new and get your heart broken again, I think it’s a feeling a lot of people can relate to,” VanJess says.
The duo plan to drop an EP sometime this year. They will also be supporting British rapper Little Simz on her European Tour, which will be commencing in March 2018, as well as Roundhouse. Read our interview with VanJess to find out more about Ivana and Jessica Nwokike.
