Soulland Reveals 'SOUL LAND' Short Film
Directed by Cannes Young Director winner Meeto Grevsen.
Copenhagen-based label Soulland has unveiled a new short film, directed by Cannes Young Director winner Meeto Grevsen. The short film — aptly titled SOUL LAND – is part of an initiative by the Danish brand to hand over control to young creatives, giving them complete control over writing, casting and directing the project.
The film is centered around ideas of youth and love, and features a range of pieces from recent Soulland collections including the popular “No Future New Culture” sweatshirt and “Bombing for Peace is Like Fucking for Virginity” leather jacket. SOUL LAND was officially unveiled at the Copenhagen Fashion Film festival, where it beat off competition to be named “Best International Fashion Film.” You can view the short film above.
