Fake Bitcoin Creator Is Being Sued for $10 Billion USD
Craig Wright claimed to be the creator of Bitcoin.

Craig Wright, who claimed to be Bitcoin creator Satoshi Nakamoto, is being sued for $10 billion USD by the David Kleiman estate. David Kleiman was previously credited to have created Bitcoin with Wright and died in 2013, but his brother Ira claims Wright took his shares for himself.
Wright is also accused of writing fake documents with forged Kleiman signatures to give him ownership of a company called W&K, a company Kleiman ran. Although it’s unknown whether either man was involved in its development or involved early in its inception, it’s confirmed they had access to mining tools allowing them to accrue a high value in cryptocurrency.
The lawsuit contends that the value of the contentious Bitcoin, and any associated intellectual property, is worth anything between $5 billion and $10 billion. Craig Wright has faced scrutiny since he “outed” himself as Nakamoto in 2016 and lacked to provide any evidence to other researchers. He then withdrew his claim days later.
