Meet the Voice Behind the Original "Salem" from 'Sabrina the Teenage Witch'

With all the exposure Netflix’s Chilling Adventures of Sabrina has been receiving, it’s easy to forget about the original 1996 live-action TV sitcom Sabrina the Teenage Witch.
While Melissa Joan Hart did an exceptional job at portraying the teenage witch, a role which lasted 7 years, it was Salem that a lot of fans felt connected to. The talking cat had this bitter personality, that would often make the audience laugh with his witty and snark replies to comments. In the three-minute Great Big Story interview, Salem voice actor, Nick Bakay, reminisces on past episodes of Sabrina the Teenage Witch, and recounts interesting off-camera Easter eggs that transpired during the filming of the show.
