SZA & Beyoncé’s Old Demos Uploaded to Stream Platforms by Hacker
The songstress responds.

Earlier tonight, news broke out that a new SZA album had dropped, and supposedly it had already been on streaming platforms such as Spotify and Apple Music since December 4.
Titled Comethru, the project is credited to “Sister Solana” and features nine tracks including “Bed,” which surfaced back in 2013; the title track — a response to Drake and Partynextdoor’s “Come and See Me”; and “Loved Ones” which features Kendrick Lamar under the moniker “King Kenny.” It turns out hackers uploaded old demos of Beyoncé and SZA to the streaming sites, camouflaging them as a new album.
Now the artist has released a response citing the leaked album as a “big cap.” Though many fans were looking forward a new project from SZA before the year ends, the singer did also promise them new music is on the way. “These are random scratches from 2015. Def not new new! But… creative? And Scary? Lol HEARD U THO.. I Swear the new is coming,” she shared via an IG Story. TDE’s Punch also jumped in to settle the situation claiming, “Old songs were stolen and leaked. We are currently fixing the issue. Please feel free to continue enjoying Ctrl until the next album is ready.”
Keep it locked here as the story unfolds. In more music news, Pusha T “wasn’t surprised” Drake didn’t receive GRAMMY nomination for Best Rap Album.
