STWO Enlists OVO Sound's Roy Woods for "You, World, or Myself"
“I wanted to make something more light and when I made the beat.”
STWO has teamed up with OVO Sound artist Roy Woods for a new single, titled “You, World, or Myself.”
“After ‘Neither do I Feat. Jeremih’, I wanted to make something more light, and when I made the beat I thought of Roy Woods right away, really happy with it, it worked out perfectly,” STWO shared via a press release, breaking down his latest collaboration.
“Being a part of this generation of music in Toronto is so bless because my city needs it,” Roy Woods told us last month, explaining his openness towards collaborations and his thoughts on his region’s current crop of musical talent. “They [have] been waiting so long to see something when it comes to music or art, just some opportunity and now we got it, and so much people are doing what they want to do.”
