Earlier in the month, the Air Jordan 11 “Concord” dropped unexpectedly via Nike’s SNKRS app, weeks ahead of its scheduled release date of December 8. Now that we’re 10 days away from its “back like 4-5” return, we’re delivering a closer look at arguably the most iconic Air Jordan model to ever grace the hardwood.
For this AJ11 release, the heel swaps out MJ’s “23” motif for “45,” an homage to the jersey number he briefly wore after returning from retirement number one. The model’s crisp white upper welcomes back its signature black patent leather, wrapping around the entire sneaker. Lastly, Jordan Brand insignias return to familiar areas with a Jumpman on each lateral side in addition to more branding stamps on the middle of each tongue.
The Air Jordan 11 “Concord” arrives on December 8 for $220 USD at select Jordan Brand retailers and Nike SNKRS. In related JB news, fans of the more current silhouettes can view new images of the Air Jordan 33 “Utility Blackout.”
