As the sneaker community gears up for the long-awaited return of the Diamond Supply Co. x Nike SB Dunk Low Pro “Diamond Dunk,” Nike‘s skateboarding division shared a quick history lesson on the origin of a release that would change the game forever. The Swoosh shares a timeline dating back to 2005 capturing design sketches and thoughtful words from notable figures such as Bun B, Wale, former Nike SB skaters and more. In addition, the famed “Tiffany Kid” chimes in on the success of the collaboration and reminisces on his transition though puberty while wearing the “Diamond Dunk.”
