HBO Reveals Release Date for 'Game of Thrones' In New #ForTheThrone Teaser Trailer
Coming next Spring.
HBO has released a new teaser trailer for the upcoming final season of Game of Thrones, showcasing all the epic moments from the series’ seven seasons so far. In the video above, we see cuts of several memorable moments from the show, all of which showcases the turmoil each of our main characters has experienced; from the beheading of Ned Stark to the resurrection of his nephew, Jon Snow.
The footage wraps showing the release window for the eighth and final season, which is sometime in April next year. Although this final season will wrap up the fight for supreme rule over Westeros, there are several spin-off shows in the works, including a prequel showcasing the dark ages of Westeros history.
