Virgil Abloh & 'KALEIDOSCOPE' Team Up for Exhibition at Spazio Maiocchi

Following up his appearance on KALEIDOSCOPE‘s Fall/Winter cover, Virgil Abloh has now announced an exhibition with the magazine. The one-day event will see KALEIDOSCOPE take over Milan’s Spazio Maiocchi, with installations and artworks from the artists featured in the latest issue.
Virgil Abloh’s contribution to the exhibition will see the release of a collector’s edition of KALEIDOSCOPE. Limited to just 300 copies, the magazine will come with a special cover, a T-shirt and a signed artwork. As well as the new magazine, Abloh will also present two new artworks — an installation and a billboard — as well as giving a talk on “streetwear as the next global art movement.”
As well as Virgil’s involvement, the exhibition will also feature a collection of photographs by Collier Schorr, Camille Henrot’s 3D video installation Saturday, an installation of Eric N. Mack‘s temporary studio and regular performances from Young Girl Reading Group. The exhibition opens on November 30.
