8FIVE2 Teams up With New Balance Numeric for the "574 Code Breaker"
The “best of both worlds.”
Hong Kong skate purveyors 8FIVE2 have just released a special version of New Balance’s iconic 574 model. The skate shoe incorporates the casual stylings of the classic trainer on the uppers, but also fuses Numeric’s skate DNA in the form of materials and the outsole — the end result is a durable shoe that feels right at home on top of a skateboard. As 8FIVE2’s founder Brian Siswojo describes the 8FIVE2 x New Balance 574 Code Breaker, “It’s the best of both worlds.”
Those in the Hong Kong area will be able to pick up a pair of the 574 Code Breakers at 8FIVE2’s shop on November 17. In other footwear news, size? teams up with ASICS for a colorful GEL-Saga “Balloon Fiesta.”
