Billionaire Boys Club EU has unveiled the lookbook for its Pre-Spring 2019 collection, showcasing a capsule inspired by the “DIY culture of action sports.” The collection references this theme through a number of motifs, including racing-inspired stripes, checkered patterns designed to recall racing uniform sponsor patches and BMX-style long sleeve T-shirts, modelled by the likes of Octavian.
Other key themes in the collection include a ’90s-influenced ski-style quilted half zip pullover, a reversible sherpa fleece and a heavy down jacket and matching track pant in Billionaire Boys Club’s classic “Climbing Camo.” As well as the action sports influence, the collection also nods towards space travel, with a reference to NASA’s Apollo Program Prime Crew in the form of a cut-and-sew racing jacket. The collection is available now from Billionaire Boys Club’s London flagship now, and is also set to drop at the label’s London and Tokyo stores.
In other fashion news, Timberland & atmos have dropped a wide-ranging new collaboration.
