The Alchemist, Westside Gunn & Conway Reconnect for the Grimy "94' Ghost Shit"
Hip-hop in its rawest form.
Back in June, The Alchemist and Westside Gunn came together for a few songs off the latter’s studio album, Supreme Blientele. Continuing their striking chemistry as collaborators, the two talents have reconnected for a new joint-drop alongside Gunn’s Griselda Records cohort Conway, “94’ Ghost Shit.”
Westside Gunn, Conway and Alchemist’s latest collaboration will serve as the B-side of the 40-year-old super-producer’s forthcoming Fork In The Pot vinyl. Made up of the complete and instrumental versions of two hard-hitting records, the limited-edition Fork In The Pot 12” will also feature a title track that unites Westside Gunn, Conway and ScHoolboy Q. “94’ Ghost Shit” has previously made the rounds during past live performances, but hasn’t been released in an official capacity until this vinyl effort.
You can stream Westside Gunn, Conway and The Alchemist’s “94’ Ghost Shit” collaboration below. Alchemist’s limited-edition Fork In The Pot vinyl hit the e-shelves of his official Bandcamp in 100-piece “Splatter Vinyl” and 300-piece “Standard” editions.
Last month, The Alchemist, Danny Brown, alt-J and Trooko linked up for the animated “Deadcrush” video.
