PRA's Prada Mack Delivers Psychedelically-Tinged Trap for "Inside" Video
ALLBLACK and his crew are taking over the West.
More than just an exceptionally-skilled solo act, ALLBLACK also has a crew of talented individuals surrounding him. While fellow East Oakland rapper Offset Jim is currently ALLBLACK’s most visible associate, the “Y.N.A.F.” lyricist also has another up-and-coming Play Runner directly by his side: Prada Mack.
In recent years, Prada Mack has sporadically and quietly released several loose cuts. Towards the end of last month, he continued to fine-tune his stylistically-agnostic approach with the moody, melancholic street sounds of “2Can Sam.” Now, Prada Mack leaves another strong impression with “Inside.” He might have discovered that “trapping was his super power,” but the unique, left-of-center blend of trap-rap styles that he’s been experimenting with in recent months is what’s going to raise his name recognition.
You can check out Prada Mack’s new, @VOICE2HARD-directed “Inside” video above. Several different hip-hop labels, movements and collectives have claimed to be the “army, better yet a (or, the) navy;” the Play Runners are the rap game’s special forces.
