adidas Skateboarding Introduces the Campus ADV Sneaker
The brand enlists Blondey McCoy for the shoe’s formal debut.
Along with the GORE-TEX iteration of the adidas Busenitz, adidas Skateboarding is adding another new pair of sneakers to its fall 2018 lineup this week: the Campus ADV.
Specifically, adidas Skateboarding has enlisted popular young skater and artist Blondey McCoy to formally debut the Campus ADV and put together a lookbook in support of its promotional campaign The new style is being introduced using a red and white model, which bears the “Collegiate Burgundy” name. adidas Skateboarding’s Campus ADV takes its design cues from the ’80s, although its creators also aimed to produce a classic style that was equal parts function and form. This new sneaker boasts a dual-layer suede build, a Bounce midsole cushioning system, “Geoflex” herringbone sole, “molded” EVA socklining for the interior and more.
You can take a look at the adidas Campus ADV “Collegiate Burgundy” above. The shoe is currently retailing for $80 USD at select retailers and the official adidas website is also carrying the item.
