Nike & Patta Fuse the Air Max 90 & Air Max 95 Silhouettes for Latest Collaboration
Releasing alongside the “Publicity. Publicity. Wohooooow!” apparel capsule.

Nike and Amsterdam-based label Patta have unveiled their latest collaboration, with a brand new silhouette. The sneaker features the upper from the Air Max 90, which sits atop the technical Air Max 95 midsole unit. The Air Max 90 x 95 comes in a black upper, which is offset by a dark orange Swoosh and neon yellow tongue label. A second colorway will see the sneaker wrapped in a dark blue upper, complete with red Swoosh and white midsole.
Announcing the collaboration, Patta’s Vincent Van de Waal explained the decision to mix the two silhouettes: “The Air Max 90 is a robust classic, and the 95 has always felt like a futuristic design; combining both forms a mix between classic and more technical design.”
Along with the Air Max 90 x 95, the “Publicity. Publicity. Wohooooow!” collection also includes an apparel capsule. Other pieces include a dark obsidian jacket — featuring lettering inspired by Amsterdam’s Schiphol airport — as well as T-shirts, varsity-style jackets and a full checkered look that mixes elements from outerwear and tracksuits. The collection will drop via Patta’s web store and Patta flagships in London and Amsterdam on October 20, before dropping on Nike.com a week later.
