DIY Patchwork Dominates NEIGHBORHOOD “Crust” Punk Denim Pants
Paying homage to the early ’80s British punk movement.
Straying away from its usual heritage-tinged garments, NEIGHBORHOOD put together a pair of DIY-tinged denim pants for its latest delivery of Fall/Winter 2018.
Paying homage to the early ’80s British crust punk movement, the bottoms are constructed of a dark washed cotton denim and feature a slim-fit profile accented by raw-edged patches intricately tacked on with a series of contrasting quilt and zigzag stitching. Displaying a distinct exploration of patchwork, an undeniable air of DIY is expressed through the carefully-positioned distressed panels. Finishing up the design is a key loop front pocket region, two rear zip pockets and NEIGHBORHOOD’s signature “CRAFT WITH PRIDE” badge.
Priced at $1,470 CAD (approximately $1,136 USD), the NEIGHBORHOOD Crust . Skinny / C-PT Denim Pants are available now at retailers like HAVEN.
