A Remake of 'MediEvil' Is Coming to PlayStation 4
Sir Dan returns.
Sony and Other Ocean have come together to produce a remake to the cult classic PlayStation 1 title MediEvil for PlayStation 4. The remake sees the game reconstructed top to bottom with the same level design and core gameplay, but with completely new graphics and an updated redesign for protagonist Sir Daniel Fortesque.
This is similar to the reconstruction of the Crash Bandicoot trilogy and the upcoming Spyro the Dragon remake. The game follows Sir Dan, a once dead knight revived on a mission to save the realm from his arch-nemesis Lord Zarok. Although the game is slated to release next year, the details are scarce.
