Daniel Arsham's Special Edition 'ARSHAM' Monograph Releases This Week
With an introduction by Virgil Abloh.
Daniel Arsham and leading American publisher Rizzoli will release a special edition monograph entitled ARSHAM. A total of 256 pages fill the book, portraying the multi-faceted artist’s diverse range of conceptual objects and sculptures. Highlights include Arsham’s room-collapsing environmental installations, geode-filled caverns, melting portals as well as adidas footwear collaborations. Conclusively, the book features an introduction by Virgil Abloh alongside words by Hans Ulrich Obrist, and Steven Matijico who is the curator of Contemporary Art Center, Cincinnati.
Each special edition monograph comes signed by the artist, numbered, and sealed in an anaerobic poly-nylon vacuum with customized Arsham Studio Standard Art handling gloves. The monograph will see an advance release on Daniel Arsham’s website this October 5 at noon EST with an official on-sale date at the end of October.
