If you missed out on the initial release, fear not — adidas Originals is re-releasing Kanye West‘s YEEZY BOOST 700 “Wave Runner.” According to drop experts Yeezy Mafia, the much-hyped shoe will soon receive a global re-release. The last new YEEZY model to release was the YEEZY BOOST 500 “Desert Rat” in “Blush,” so the reintroduction of the original “Wave Runner” may come as a surprise to some. The sneaker has received mixed reviews from the sneaker community for its bulky exterior and outlandish color palette, but diehard YEEZY fans and fashionistas embraced the new silhouette and commend it for solidifying the “chunky” dad sneaker trend.
