The Nike Dynasty Hi ’17 TC Surfaces
A first look at the new lifestyle silhouette.
The Swoosh is never done innovating. An array of new colorways tweaking some of the brand’s most recognizable silhouettes have been teased since before the year even started, with Nike likely to debut some brand new models as the year rolls on. First up is the footwear giant’s new lifestyle shoe, the Dynasty Hi ‘17 TC.
Available in cream and black iterations, the new sneaker boasts a host of premium details, including a chunky rubber outsole and tonal leather uppers, insoles and laces. Bold “NIKE” branding is embossed on the rear heel and inset tongue, while a jewel Swoosh appears on the lateral side of each sneaker. Interestingly, the shoe boasts square eyelets, an unusual feature that creates a perfect fit for the rough leather laces.
Expect the new silhouette to launch on February 17, with pricing info likely to be revealed soon. Meanwhile, Nike is dropping a new take on one of its underrated models: the Air Zoom LWP ‘16.
