Medicom Toy's BE@RBRICK Figurine Is Now a Gold-Plated Money Cat
Celebrating Chinese New Year.
Medicom Toy is celebrating Chinese New Year with a new BE@RBRICK collectible inspired by the maneki-neko or “beckoning cat.” The waving cat figurine is popular amongst Japanese and Chinese cultures and is said to bring good luck to its owners. As far as details go, the art object is plated in gold with illustrations embellished on the front and back sections.
The figurine will be available for purchase at Medicom Toy stockists this January 13 for ¥51,840 JPY, approximately $466 USD.
