MEANSWHILE Caters to the Outdoor Excursionist for Spring/Summer 2018
Featuring basketball-style tearaway tops and trousers.
For the current fall season, MEANSWHILE put together a cold-weather collection — anchoring influence from the outdoors with utility vests, cargo silhouettes and ski-style jackets highlighted throughout. In looking ahead to next spring, the Japanese lifestyle label looks outside once more for creative inspiration. As showcased in the lookbook above and video below, pieces are retooled to take on technical sportswear twists, which caters well to the active excursionist.
Tearaway trousers and tops catch the eye, as does the assemblage of hooded outerwear and zipped jackets, some of which feature water-repellent properties. Aside from the statement wares are the numerous accessory options, namely, headwear, backpacks, and body pouches, all playing well into the brand’s adventurist theme.
