After Kim Jones announced that the Fall/Winter 2018 collection he recently showed at Paris Fashion Week Men’s would be his last for Louis Vuitton, the fashion world has been wondering what is next for the designer.

With Burberry looking to replace Christopher Bailey after his departure, the British label seemed to be the obvious choice for the London-born designer. But, when Kim Jones made his last walk for LV — joined by supermodels Naomi Campbell and Kate Moss – signs began to point to a move at Versace. The walk accompanied by the iconic models hearkened back to Gianni Versace’s time at his eponymous label, when the “Golden Girls” were the late designer’s muses. The “Golden Girls” continued to be linked to Versace after Donatella Versace took over the Italian label.

With Hedi Slimane being named Phoebe Philo‘s successor at Céline and Christopher Bailey exiting Burberry after 17 years, Jones’s move to Versace would just be the latest in a long line of big moves for fashion.

Check out all the signs fuelling the speculation around Kim Jones moving to Versace and let us know what you think.
