Drake's OVO x Air Jordan 8 "Calipari" Surfaces for $40,000 USD

Back in April of 2017 we shared imagery of the highly coveted OVO x Air Jordan 8 “Calipari” Pack. In addition, Drake would hold his own contest via Instagram where one lucky winner would be gifted the duo of sneakers. Recently, the black iteration from the collaboration has surfaced on the consignment market for a breathtaking price.
The sneaker boasts the Air Jordan 8’s original design thanks to its dual straps, fuzzy tongue logo and unique pattern found on the heel and outsole. OVO’s gold coloring is added to the Jumpman found on the tongue and sole unit in addition to the tips of the straps. The University of Kentucky’s logo is placed on the strap for added detailing. Available only in a U.S. size 9.5 at the moment, the pair comes in at $40,000 USD via Flight Club.
