Black Mirror‘s fourth season has been out for less than a week and the internet has wasted no time to meticulously comb through for Easter eggs. While the show was initially thought to have no connection between episodes, the new season has reconnected that notion, providing countless details that string together a cohesive timeline for the dystopian universe. Through split-second screenshots, fans have identified episode-spanning technology in the form of digital interfaces and screens that show a clear progression of technology over an unknown period of time. This is all confirmed in the final episode of season 4 titled “Black Museum,” even providing a retrospective exhibit of horrific incidents. Check out the full video above for a full breakdown of these Easter eggs, including various homages made to production designers, and cameos of actors who share personal relationships with the cast.
