Sneakerness and PUMA Reveal Collaborative Tsugi Blaze "Race Club"
Strictly limited to 150 pairs.
Fresh from dropping its “Passport” collaboration with ASICS, Sneakerness has unveiled its latest joint shoe with PUMA. Having taken on the Blaze of Glory a year ago, the sneaker convention has turned its attention to the Tsugi Blaze silhouette. Taking inspiration from ’90s Formula One racing, the “Race Club” sneaker comes in a tonal black colorway with bright red pops of color on the heel.
Other added touches include a checkerboard effect on the sneaker’s heel tab, a reference to Formula One start and finish flags which also appear on the front of the show, and the Sneakerness name in gold print on the side.
The “Race Club” sneaker is strictly limited to 150 pairs, which will be available at the Paris event on September 9. As well as working with Sneakerness, PUMA has recently unveiled a collaboration with Japanese footwear retailer BILLY’s.
