Thames Reveals Its 2017 Autumn/Winter Collection With a Gothic-Infused Collage
More British-inspired pieces from Blondey McCoy.
Following the brand’s wide-ranging collaboration with Fred Perry, Blondey McCoy’s Thames label has unveiled the lookbook for its 2017 autumn/winter collection. The collection features the sort of graphic prints that the brand has become known for — with logo tees and a shark motif featuring — as well as British-inspired prints, such as an image of the Queen. The lookbook itself is comprised of the same cut-and-paste imagery that McCoy has used in other lookbooks and his own artwork.
Other key pieces in the collection include a hoodie and matching trousers that feature an all-over print of text and collage-style images, as well as an overshirt with the Thames logo down one sleeve and a pair of navy and black joggers.
Set to drop on September 8 — via the Thames web store as well as Palace’s London and New York stores and selected retailers – you can peep the collection in the images above. Meanwhile, it’s been a busy couple of months for McCoy, who has starred in Palace’s “The Merchandise” skate film and held his latest art exhibition along with his work on Thames.
