Earlier this summer, we took a look at BespokeIND’s Supreme x Louis Vuitton x Nike Air Max 1 custom sneaker, which placed the collaboration’s iconic dual branding onto a set of Nike Air Max1s. The Melbourne-based bespoke atelier is back this time to present a pair of creations — influenced from Virgil Abloh’s joint venture alongside Nike.
Opting to rework the classic Air Max 1, while creating a hybrid silhouette combining elements of the Air Max and Nike Huarache, the custom studio applied its own personal spin on the aforementioned collaboration. The concept took aim at applying a mishmash of colors, textile samples, panels, textures, stitching and liners — creating a truly one-of-a-kind design. In other footwear news, John Elliott’s NikeLab Vandal will make its return this fall.
