Louis W. & A.P.C. Drop a Chic Selection of Outerwear for 2017 Fall/Winter
Hitting up sci-fi for an “abstract space uniform.”

A.P.C. designer Louis W. is back with his latest collection under his own name for the Parisian label. The 2017 fall/winter collection is full of the kind of outerwear that the designer is best known for, with shearling coats and heavy fabrics used throughout the drop. For this collection, Louis W. has taken inspiration from science fiction, with military influences and graphic lines intended to create an “abstract space uniform” influenced by films such as Starship Troopers and The Empire Strikes Back.
The key pieces in the collection include suede bombers, while the shearling jacket and strong knitwear pieces make the collection perfect for the cold Paris winter months. The collection is available now from the A.P.C. web store, with prices ranging from $370 USD for trousers to $3,230 USD for a shearling jacket.
As well as the latest Louis W. collection, A.P.C. has recently dropped a capsule collection celebrating all of the brand’s different store locations in Los Angeles.
