Kapital's MA-1 Sneaker Receives a Blue Denim Makeover
Getting militant with footwear designs.
Japanese brand Kapital combines fashionable military wear with modern sneaker trends for its latest release. Re-purposing the timeless MA-1 Flight Jacket, Kapital has produced the appropriately named “MA-1” shoe. Adorned with zippers and outfitted with high-quality denim and nylon materials, the kicks come to consumers in a new blue colorway. An army-green version was released a while back. Just like the standard issue jacket, this design features an orange interior and a tongue sporting pocket-like details found on the ubiquitous bomber.
