Although James Harden may have been beaten out by Russell Westbrook for the MVP of the 2016-17 NBA regular season, adidas decided to celebrate the shooting guard’s impressive season. To highlight Harden’s career high year, the footwear giant gave the Harden Vol. 1 signature model a golden makeover. The “MVP” model features a primarily suede and mesh white upper which is accented by the gold branding found on the heel, tongue and commemorative insoles. While a gold and translucent white sole unit continues the gilded look and rounds up the design of the shoe. Retailing at $200 USD, the adidas Harden Vol. 1 “MVP” is available now at retailers like RevUps Sports.
