Netflix's 'Death Note' Reveal a Creepy Clip of Ryuk at San Diego Comic-Con

Netflix used its Hall H presentation at San Diego Comic-Con‘s day two to debut a new trailer and a short clip of their live action adaptation of Death Note. The quick vid has made its way online and features Willem Dafoe’s Ryuk enticing main protagonist Light (Nat Wolff) to use the Death Note to kill a student. The two-minute clip is enrapturing and displays the closest look of Ryuk we’ve seen to date.

The film comes from Blair Witch director Adam Wingard and is scheduled to release on August 25.
