'The Defenders' Go to War in New Trailer
Netflix’s major crossover series arrives next month.
It’s been almost three months since the first trailer for Marvel’s The Defenders landed. Now after a long wait, the second trailer to Netflix’s upcoming new series has arrived. The latest trailer features Alexandra (Sigourney Weaver) comparing the world of heroes to the world of villains, and highlighting how similar the sides are.
The Defenders will see a major crossover for Netflix’s Marvel series which will star Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist. The four heroes will be facing off against Alexandra and the Hand, the undead ninja group that has been working behind the scenes since Daredevil’s first season. The Defenders premieres on Netflix August 18.
