The Air Jordan 9 Pinnacle Collection Relives MJ's Days on the Baseball Diamond
The drop even includes MJ’s minor league uniforms.
Majority of us are well aware of the everlasting legacy that Michael Jordan left on the hardwood. That simply wasn’t enough for the GOAT, he not only wanted to be a great basketball player but he wanted to achieve the same standard on the baseball diamond. As a nod to his crave for elite status, Jordan Brand has officially revealed the Air Jordan 9 Pinnacle Pack following its initial preview. Inspired by his minor league days, two pairs of the Air Jordan 9 will soon launch in Black/Metgold-white or Hazelnut/Sail. Each colorway will host the number 45 or 35 respectively and host specially made leather construction made to resemble a baseball mitt.
In addition to the launch, Jordan Brand baseball jerseys and hats will complement the aforementioned colorways in black or grey options.
Set to drop on July 15, each Air Jordan 9 Pinnacle will be housed in packaging inspired by baseball cards which leave the colorway to be a mystery until it’s opened.
